The team has given a sneak peek behind the scenes at Gihan’s at Hickey’s, as preparations continue ahead of opening the doors at its new location.
Known for its comforting dishes, pub favourites and freshly prepared specials at The Hunters, the business is now bringing its offering to Doneraile, giving locals another reason to look forward to what’s coming.
But it’s not just about the food. A new location also means new jobs, and Gihan’s at Hickey’s is already looking to build its team.
The business is recruiting for both part-time and full-time positions, including waitstaff and kitchen porters.
