A much-loved independent boutique in Mallow is celebrating 30 years in business, marking three decades of fashion, personal service and supporting local retail.
Luna Bella Ladies Boutique, situated just off Mallow’s Main Street, first opened its doors in 1996 and has since established itself as a destination for women’s fashion in the town.
Owned by Deirdre Duffy, the boutique was built around a passion for fashion and helping women find clothing that suits their individual style. Deirdre personally selects the collections, travelling to fashion destinations including London, Germany and Amsterdam to source a range of daytime, evening and occasion wear.
The boutique offers clothing in sizes 10 to 20, alongside a personal shopping and wardrobe coordination service. Customers can also browse its collections online, with styling advice available through its website.
To mark the 30-year milestone, Luna Bella is hosting a Style & Prosecco afternoon at the Hibernian Hotel, Mallow, on Sunday, 8 November.
The event will feature fashion, style inspiration, a Prosecco reception and spot prizes. The first 30 guests will also receive a special gift bag.
Tickets are priced at €50, with all proceeds going to Marymount Hospice. Tickets are available directly from Luna Bella on 022 42227.
Mallow Chamber has congratulated Luna Bella on reaching the milestone, describing it as an “incredible 30 years in business”.
In its message, the Chamber encouraged members and the wider community to support the celebration, highlighting the opportunity to recognise a much-loved local business while contributing to a worthy cause.
The Chamber also congratulated the boutique on “30 successful years”, acknowledging the achievement and its place in the Mallow business community.
