Banteer’s CLE Family Media Strengthens Children’s Media Ambitions with Los Angeles Expert David Toth

A Banteer-founded children’s media company is strengthening its international ambitions with the appointment of an experienced Los Angeles children’s media specialist as a strategic advisor.

CLE Family Media, founded by Banteer creator and entrepreneur Conor Sexton, has brought David Toth on board as Strategic Advisor for Children’s Content & Media Strategy.

David Toth, LA-based Content Development and Children’s Media Strategist, who has joined Banteer-based CLE Family Media as Strategic Advisor for Children’s Content & Media Strategy.

Toth, who is based in Los Angeles, brings significant experience across children’s television, animation, digital media and content strategy, including more than a decade with Warner Bros. Entertainment.

His background includes working as Digital Production Manager for Children’s Live Action & Animation Television at Warner Bros., followed by a role managing children’s animation television accounts for Warner Bros. Entertainment through Deluxe Media.

More recently, Toth has worked extensively in children’s digital media, including reviewing and evaluating content for platforms and organisations focused on younger audiences. His experience includes Common Sense Networks, Cricket Media and WEBTOON, as well as advisory work with children’s content creators internationally.

Announcing his new role, Toth said he was delighted to join CLE Family Media as Strategic Advisor for Children’s Content & Media Strategy.

He will work with the CLE team on YouTube content strategy, digital positioning and production workflows as the company develops its flagship animated series, The Pawsitive Pugs & Pals®.

The appointment represents another significant step for a project that began in Banteer and is now looking towards a much wider international audience.

CLE Family Media is developing The Pawsitive Pugs & Pals® around a deliberately different approach to children’s digital entertainment, with an emphasis on calmer storytelling, lower stimulation and encouraging children to move from screen-based entertainment into real-world play, exploration and creativity.

The project has already attracted attention through Conor’s participation in the MTU Student Inc. Summer Accelerator 2026, where the Banteer entrepreneur is developing the business alongside his partner Lydia and a growing network of creative, academic and industry advisers.

The company’s philosophy is rooted in the idea that children’s media can be entertaining while also encouraging curiosity, kindness, creativity and meaningful engagement away from the screen.

The appointment of Toth adds considerable international experience to that ambition.

His career has included overseeing global production and distribution processes for major children’s television properties, working with international teams and licensees, and evaluating thousands of pieces of children’s content against developmental, educational, safety and platform standards.

For a young Irish company looking to develop character-led intellectual property and build an audience through platforms such as YouTube, that experience could prove particularly valuable.

Toth said he would be collaborating with the production leadership team to help develop CLE’s digital strategy and scale its character-led intellectual property across global video platforms.

Episodes one to four of The Pawsitive Pugs & Pals® are already available online, marking the beginning of what the Banteer-based team hopes will become a much larger children’s media project.
