Mallow residents are being warned of possible water supply disruptions as mains repair works are scheduled to take place in the town on Wednesday and Thursday.
Works on Navigation Road and surrounding areas are scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, from 9am to 1pm.
A second set of works will take place on Thursday, August 27, with Thomas Davis Street and surrounding areas potentially affected. These works are also scheduled from 9am until 1pm.
Uisce Éireann says the works are being carried out as part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme.
Residents in the affected areas are advised that it may take an additional three to four hours after the estimated restoration time for their water supply to fully return.
A traffic management plan will also be in place during Thursday’s works.
