Mallow’s Mexican-born yoga superstar Claudia Escobar has marked a major international milestone after delivering a yoga session at Google’s headquarters in Mexico City.
Escobar, who is based in Mallow and founded Ganapati School of Yoga, described the experience as a “very special first,” calling it a proud moment in her teaching career outside of her retreat and studio work.
She is also the founder of Ardu Reformer Pilates and co-founder of Yoga Fest Ireland, while serving as brand ambassador for Away With Nature.
Ganapati Yoga promotes inclusivity and aims to support students at all levels of their yoga journey.
Escobar is now preparing for Yoga Fest 2026, which will take place at Ballinacourty House. The festival is set to feature a full weekend of movement, music, workshops, food, markets and wellness experiences, and is expected to attract strong attendance.
