IRD Duhallow is inviting expressions of interest for a new Podcasting Training Programme aimed at helping individuals, businesses and community groups across the region develop their own podcasts and digital storytelling skills.
The practical training initiative is being developed under the LEADER Programme in response to growing interest in podcasting, online marketing and community engagement throughout Duhallow and North Cork.
Organisers say the programme will guide participants through every stage of podcast creation, from planning and storytelling to recording, editing, publishing and promotion.
The course is designed for both complete beginners and those already exploring podcast ideas, offering participants the skills and confidence needed to create and share their own content.
With podcasting continuing to grow as a powerful platform for local storytelling, business promotion and community engagement, IRD Duhallow believes the programme could open new creative and professional opportunities for people across the region.
The initiative is expected to appeal to community organisations, entrepreneurs, local creatives, tourism groups and businesses interested in building their digital presence and sharing stories from the Duhallow area.
Those interested in taking part are encouraged to register their interest directly with IRD Duhallow.
