Freemount Macra has praised the outstanding achievement of Danny O’Donoghue, who recently won the National Welding Finals held at Teagasc Kildalton College.
The popular Macra group extended their congratulations, noting, “An incredible achievement and so well deserved. Well done, Danny — we are all so proud of you!” Competitors from Macra clubs across Ireland competed for the prestigious title, and Danny’s success highlights the skill and dedication of young people in the organisation.
In other news, Freemount Macra are hosting a Men’s Mental Health talk on Tuesday, 28th November, as part of initiatives during Men’s Mental Health Month. The event will take place at Tullylease Community Hall at 8:00 PM and will be led by Andrew Desmond, who will address important topics affecting men today, including addiction, loneliness, stress, and anxiety.
The session is open to everyone in the community, and attendees will be treated to pizza and soft drinks after the talk. Freemount Macra encourage people to bring a friend and take part in this meaningful conversation.
