Mallow’s Carol Guerin, owner of Mallow Physical Therapy Clinic, has been announced as a finalist in the Irish Women in Business Network’s “Women in Business Excellence Awards (WIBEAs)” in the Wellness and Lifestyle category. The awards celebrate women across Ireland who are leading the way in business, innovation, and wellbeing.
Since opening her clinic in recent years, Carol has grown from a one-room massage practice into a full recovery centre offering pilates, sports injury treatment, orthopaedic and neuromuscular therapy, and recovery baths.
Reflecting on the recognition, Carol said she was “humbled and super proud” to be named a finalist, adding that the nomination reflects her dedication to helping others improve their physical wellbeing.
The clinic recently welcomed new therapist Weronika, a graduate of SETU Carlow with a degree in Athletic Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation, and formerly of Cork City FC.
Mallow Physical Therapy Clinic continues to grow as one of North Cork’s leading wellness hubs and is based at Intertrade House, Newberry Industrial Estate, Mallow.
