The session, Mastering Productivity: First Principles, will take place on Thursday, November 6th, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM.
It aims to help managers and executives shift from reactive crisis management to strategic, purposeful growth.
The 90-minute webinar will draw on LMI’s leadership development systems and introduce practical frameworks to improve focus, prioritisation, and communication. The goal is to help leaders build the structures and habits that make productivity sustainable, not just survivable. Participants will also learn to set clear goals, manage their time more effectively, and reduce distractions that undermine performance.
