ZoneFit is set to host its In-House Hyrox Fundraiser in aid of Marymount Hospice on Saturday, June 6th, from 10am to 1pm at their Mallow location. The event is open to all fitness levels, offering participants a chance to challenge themselves while supporting a vital local cause.
Participants can select from six categories, including Individual Full Hyrox, Individual Half Hyrox, Doubles Full and Half Hyrox, and Machine Full or Half Hyrox, where the running sections are replaced with biking. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Marymount Hospice, a charity close to the hearts of many ZoneFit members, with personal experiences of the hospice’s outstanding care.
Following the workout, attendees can enjoy a post-event BBQ catered by Luceys Butchers, featuring a delicious selection of burgers, chicken, pastries, desserts, and beverages.
Tickets are priced at €30 per person plus booking fee, and all proceeds support Marymount Hospice. Participants are encouraged to register early and set a training goal in preparation for the event.
