A strong crowd is expected in Mallow for the Monday evening fixture, with pitch conditions likely to be on the heavy side following a weekend of persistent rain.
Newtownshandrum’s and new Cork manager, Ben O’Connor, will be running the eye over his new charges, with the league campaign coming fully into view once again as Cork continue to fine-tune their panel against top-level opposition.
